Management of “Turkmen gas engineering and Construction” of SC “Turkmen gas” is developing new technologies

About ten million cubic meters of natural gas per day will be lifted before the New Year from five high-yield wells drilled in the giant “Galkynysh” deposit. Specialists of “Turkmen gas engineering and construction” management of SC “Turkmen gas” have already launched one and fully prepared for operation four new wells. The specialists of the concern carried out installation of technological equipment and tying pipes to the wellheads, connection to the gas transmission system. The specialists of SC "Turkmen gas" for the first time mastered the most complicated wiring, high-precision welding and other unique operations at the mouth of the drilled wells this year. These works were carried out using equipment, drawings and process maps of Petrofak (UAE). 

Several brigades have been created in the management of "Turkmen gas engengineering and construction», including assemblers, welders, commissioners, instrumentation specialists who have been trained in foreign companies and have been admitted to weld on thick-walled pipes and install equipment in existing wells. 

The national specialists are able to replace foreign colleagues having mastered modern technologies, who had previously performed this work on contractual terms. Next year, the management by own efforts will have to launch at least ten high-yield wells at the “Galkynysh” field, which will allow supplying at least 20 million cubic meters of natural gas per day to the export gas pipeline.
