The Head of Turkmen State to make government visit to Qatar on March 15 -16

The information on preparation of the visit was given during the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on March 10. It was mentioned that consolidation and development of equal beneficial partnership with all countries of the world including with the Middle East states are one of the key directions of foreign policy course of Turkmenistan. 

The Vice-premier, Minister of Foreign affairs presented to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov draft programme of the government visit to Qatar planned for the next week, which stipulates signing of bilateral documents. 

Summing up the report, the Head of the State highlighted the importance of forthcoming Turkmen – Qatari high-level talks, which are to give new content to interstate dialog having large importance under development of fruitful cooperation with the Middle East states.
