In Ashgabat was conducted sport competition between the teams of diplomatic representatives

The Ministry of foreign Affairs organized competition for indoor soccer, volleyball and table tennis between embassy teams and representatives of international organizations, accredited in Turkmenistan with participation of the country’s department for foreign policy on occasion of International Neutrality day and 10 years of UNO Regional center of preventive diplomacy for Central Asia. It is reported on the MFA site. 

Ten teams participated at the competition for indoor soccer, which was conducted at the sport complexes “Galkynysh” and “Turkmenistan”: combined team of UNO Representative, Iranian embassy, Kazakhstan, Russia, USA, Tajikistan, Ukraine, joint Qatar team and OSCE, and MFA of Turkmenistan. The first place was awarded to the Russian Federation team, the second – Kazakh attaches, the third – USA embassy. 

The competition winner for indoor soccer has been awarded with the pass cup of UNO regional center for Central Asia preventive diplomacy. Special awards recognized the best goalkeeper and the best striker. Friendly competition was organized with participation of foreign ambassadors and MFA representatives. 

The first place awarded to the Saudi Arabia embassy team at the volleyball competition conducted at the sport complex of the Institute of international relationships of MFA. The second place awarded to the Russian attaches and the third – to the employees of the Turkmen Foreign Service. 

The USA embassy representative won at the table tennis competition organized at the sport complex of International University of liberal arts and development, second place won the employee of the Russian embassy and the third place won the Turkey attaché. 

All participants of the competition have been awarded by the presents from UNO Regional center of preventive diplomacy for Central Asia. Recognition Certificate by State Sport Committee gifted winning places teams and participants.
