Jack Nicklaus confirms the willingness to continue supporting the development of the golf in Turkmenistan

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received General Director of Nicklaus Group Jack Nicklaus who congratulated the Head of the State on the opening of the golf club in the capital, which construction is to promote the development of this popular sport in Turkmenistan. 

Jack Nicklaus confirmed invariable interest of his Group and business circles of the USA in general in consolidation of beneficial business relations with our country where large infrastructural projects including in sport sphere are implemented. 

Having stated with delight traditionally friendly character of Turkmen – American relations, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan is always open for fruitful cooperation with foreign partners. 

Further in the conversation, the sides exchanged the visions of the prospects of further cooperation in sport field in details. Highly praising the achievements of Turkmenistan in this sphere, Jack Nicklaus highlighted that owing to selfless activity of the Head of the State, Turkmenistan citizens have an opportunity to go in for various sports and also have all necessary conditions for that. 

Having highlighted that Nicklaus Group is very proud of participation in realization of the project of construction of Ashgabat golf club together with Turkmen partners, the guest confirmed the willingness to continue supporting comprehensively the development of the golf in Turkmenistan.
