Taxi pool of the capital was decorated with symbols of the Asian Games-2017

On the eve of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games comfortable cars of the famous brand "Hyundai", produced in the Republic of Korea were decorated with Asiada-2017 symbols. Now these modern taxis run along the streets of Ashgabat.
Colorful images of the Asiada logo, silhouette of the Akhalteke horse, bright patterned talisman-tumar and nice Alabai Vepaly are placed on cars of this brand, which has proved itself well on the highways of the Turkmen capital.
As is known, in May of this year buses of the brand "Hyundai Aero City" (Republic of Korea) with Asiada – 2017 symbols in Ashgabat, have already run on routes and are widely used not only in city but also in intercity lines.
The work on the expansion and modernization of motor vehicles, which will be involved in the forthcoming Asian Games-2017, has been significantly intensified on the eve of the games. A number of contracts were concluded for the delivery of comfortable vehicles of various classes.
So, in 2016 according to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, a contract was signed with "Hyundai" Corporation for the purchase of 496 intracity buses of the brand "Hyundai New Super Aero City", 4 "Hyundai New Super Aero City" buses for people with disabilities, as well as spare parts and consumables for them. These buses have already arrived in the country and operate on intracity passenger transportation.
In addition, 40 big buses of "Yutong ZK6122Н9", 50 "Yutong ZK6729D" medium-class buses have already been delivered to Turkmenistan. Comfortable cars were purchased under the contract concluded in 2017 with the company "Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., LTD" of the People's Republic of China.
A contract was also signed for the purchase of 50 "Toyota Hiace" minibuses, 200 cars of "Toyota Corolla", spare parts and consumables for them.
Highways of the Turkmen capital also changed in the run-up to the games. The major highways have been modernized, multi-level road interchanges, underground and overground pedestrian crossings have been erected.
